SKILL PROGRESSION - Starting 5/11/26

HOW THIS GROUP OPERATES

Players train within a focused development environment that follows a summer-long skill progression. Each session builds intentionally on the previous one, allowing players to refine skating mechanics, strengthen puck control, and apply skills more consistently at game pace as the summer advances.

TRAINING FOCUS

Throughout the summer, training emphasizes skating efficiency, puck control under pressure, passing and shooting detail, and small-area competition. Skills are first refined technically, then applied in competitive scenarios to reinforce transfer into games.

Coaching Standard

A 1:5 coach-to-player ratio allows for detailed instruction and consistent correction within every session. Emphasis is placed on repetition quality, technical detail, and steady progression across the full summer.
