High Performance & Premier

Both environments follow the same development plan and expectations across the summer. The distinction lies in how players train within the group, allowing us to align speed, feedback, and competitive demand appropriately.

Weekly Training Schedule

BUILT WITH INTENTION

HOW THIS GROUP OPERATES

Players train within either the Premier or High Performance environment, both operating under the same summer-long development progression and expectations. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing players to refine execution at speed, improve decision-making under pressure, and apply skills more consistently as the summer advances.

TRAINING FOCUS

Throughout the summer, training follows a clear progression that supports consistent growth and execution at speed.

Coaching Standard

A 1:5 coach-to-player ratio allows for individualized instruction and consistent feedback throughout the summer progression.
