HOW THIS GROUP OPERATES

Training is centered on processing speed, decision-making, and execution at game pace. Sessions are designed to challenge reads under pressure, reinforce situational awareness, and demand execution so players can perform consistently in high-level competitive environments.

TRAINING FOCUS

Training emphasizes processing speed, transition detail, puck management, and execution under pressure. Situational reps are layered to challenge timing, awareness, and consistency at game speed.

Coaching Standard

Sessions operate within a high-tempo, detail-driven environment where processing speed and execution are expected to mirror competitive season demands. With a 1:5 coach-to-player ratio, players receive direct correction and feedback to ensure habits meet junior, college, and professional standards.


What’s Included

    Written feedback is provided every two weeks by the player’s assigned summer coach, outlining strengths, focus areas, and clear next development steps.
